Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

No refunds or exchanges will be allowed unless the item(s) received are defective or incorrect.

  1. Items must be returned within 14 business days from the date you receive the item(s) to submit your claim. If your request is received outside of this 14 business day window, we will consider your inquiry expired and ineligible for replacement, refund or return.
  2. Merchandise must be unworn and free of ANY defects.
  3. If the above are met, a refund will be granted for the original amount paid for merchandise and applied as online credit, in the form of a gift card. Shipping costs and any other taxes associated will not be refunded.



CHANGING OR CANCELING YOUR ORDER

  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or adjusted. 


DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS 

  • If you have received a damaged item or items that are different from those shown on your receipt, you can contact us at info@trapperapparelinc.com for complete and thorough assistance.
  • A photo of the damaged item(s) and package must be included in your email.
  • Always include your name, order #, and full item name to avoid confusion



FINAL SALE

Trapper Apparel INC does not offer refunds or returns on any order/items deemed final sale. If your purchase is made during a sales event, the order and items associated to that order are not eligible for a return/exchange/refund.
